Head Trainer | FEI Dressage Trainer & ADMP Mentor
A premier FEI competitor and USDF Silver Medalist (with Distinction) currently pursuing her Gold Medal. In 2026, she reached a major milestone by being selected as a mentor for Robert Dover's American Dressage Mentoring Program (ADMP) a prestigious role identifying her as one of the nation's leading educators for the next generation of dressage talent. She is deeply passionate about developing training scale progression for horses and riders throughout the Elgin area.
With a competitive record including a CDI Medium Tour victory and multiple National Top Ten finishes, Andrea specializes in the progressive development of horse and rider from Training Level to FEI. Her coaching focuses on biomechanics and classical principles, preparing partnerships for the precision of fei dressage competition while empowering riders to understand the 'why' behind every aid.
Dressage & H/J Trainer
Ryan Moore brings a rare and versatile expertise to the White Fences team, specializing in both Dressage and Hunter/Jumper disciplines. A USDF Bronze Medalist and participant in the USHJA Instructor Credential Program, Ryan’s competitive success is highlighted by a top-three national finish at the IEA Dressage Finals. Her adaptable teaching method makes her an absolute favorite for riders commuting from nearby Elgin who are looking to polish their competitive edge.
With a training philosophy deeply rooted in biomechanics and correct flatwork, Ryan focuses on building confident, trusting partnerships between horse and rider. Her ability to translate complex dressage principles for riders of all backgrounds makes her an invaluable asset for those seeking to refine their communication and develop a harmonious, athletic partner.
Dressage Trainer | Head of Riding School & Lessons Program
A USDF Bronze Medalist and 2025 graduate of the prestigious USDF L Education Program, Emily brings a judge’s eye for detail to her teaching, specializing in rider biomechanics, alignment, and position. Emily is also a USDF Bronze Medalist. She is thrilled to welcome new beginner and advanced riders from Elgin into our active lesson community.
With a commitment to the foundational principles of the Training Scale, Emily helps youth and adult riders build the confidence and technical skill needed for a true partnership. Her dedication to ongoing education, including earning the USDF University Diamond Diploma, ensures that every student at the White Fences riding school receives a world-class education in classical dressage.

Full-Care Dressage Boarding
At White Fences, every boarding package is full-care. We don't offer self-care options that require horse owners to supply labor and materials - because we believe consistent professional management produces healthier, happier horses.
Our boarding programs are designed around a training-integrated model:

Natural (Pasture) Board - $1,000/month: Horses enjoy large pastures with 24/7, hay fed twice daily in individual pens to reduce conflict. Includes blanketing November through March, worming as designated by fecal exam.

Private Paddock Board - $1,160/month: Spacious paddocks with safe wood-board fencing, premium hay and grain fed twice daily, blanketing, worming, and training program participation included. Cleaned daily and manure removed from property.

Legacy Barn Stall Board - $1,175/month: Generous 12×12-foot stalls with rubber mats and quality bedding, cleaned twice daily, shavings replenished daily. Premium feed program, daily turnout, and all standard health protocols included.

Show Barn Stall Board - $1,250/month: Our highest tier for serious competitors, requiring a minimum of 16 training or lesson services per month. All stall amenities, feed, hay, turnout, and health protocols included.
Riding lessons are available for beginners to advanced riders, and horse leasing options are available for those not yet ready to own. Leasing typically includes full care for the horse, with agreements that may vary in duration and terms.
