How are lesson horses assigned at White Fences Equestrian Center?

Lesson horses are thoughtfully assigned by our training team based on rider experience, skill level, goals, and the individual needs of each horse. Safety, consistency, and appropriate horse-and-rider matches are always the top priority.

Horses that are leased or reserved are assigned according to their lease or reservation agreements and take priority in scheduling. Remaining lesson horses are assigned by the trainer based on availability and what will best support each rider’s development on a given day.

Horse assignments may change over time as riders progress or as training and horse-care needs evolve. While rider preferences are considered when possible, final assignments are determined by the trainer to ensure fairness, horse welfare, and a positive learning experience.
