Nori Cain

Assistant Trainer - H/J and Dressage

Nori Cain serves as a versatile and compassionate instructor within the White Fences Training Program, where she supports riders in both foundational Dressage and Hunter/Jumper development. With a lifelong passion for equestrian sports and a unique blend of experience across disciplines, Nori brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to rider education.

Nori’s journey began in 1994 under the mentorship of renowned Connemara breeder Laura Carpenter, igniting a lifelong dedication to the partnership between horse and rider. Drawing from her background in Psychology, Nori incorporates empathy, focus, and a deep understanding of biomechanics into every session — helping students build confidence, correct alignment, and effective communication with their horses.

As part of the White Fences team, Nori works closely within our training framework to ensure consistency and progression across all skill levels. Her teaching style aligns with our emphasis on connection, classical foundations, and long-term rider development.

Whether helping a young rider find their rhythm or supporting an adult beginner’s return to the saddle, Nori’s calm, patient presence makes her an invaluable part of the White Fences experience.
