Jennifer Foss
Head Trainer & Dressage Instructor, White Fences Training Program
Jennifer “Jenny” Foss brings over 15 years of Dressage experience to the White Fences Training Program, where she plays a leading role in developing riders and horses across all levels. Originally from Walton-on-Thames, England, Jenny’s training philosophy blends classical Dressage principles with a strong foundation in natural horsemanship and progressive rider development.
Before joining White Fences, Jenny owned and operated Ivory Hills Stable in Wisconsin, where she worked extensively with young horses and riders while competing at regional and national levels. Her training has been shaped by top professionals including Grand Prix rider Adam J. Steffens, and her personal accolades include a USDF Bronze Medal and Rider Achievement Awards.
At White Fences, Jenny works closely within our established training framework to guide riders from foundational skills through to advanced FEI-level performance. Her areas of focus include correct biomechanics, horse wellness, and building confidence in both horse and rider.
Jenny’s students benefit from her methodical and encouraging approach, which reflects the values and progression model of the White Fences curriculum. To ensure steady growth and continuity, riders in her program are asked to commit to a consistent lesson schedule, typically eight or more services per month.
