Jennifer “Jenny” Foss is a head trainer and Dressage instructor at White Fences Equestrian Center in Austin, TX. With over 15 years of experience, she leads riders and horses of all levels through progressive, classical Dressage training grounded in biomechanics, horse wellness, and rider development.

Originally from Walton-on-Thames, England, Jenny blends classical Dressage with natural horsemanship and structured goal-based coaching. Before joining White Fences, she owned and operated Ivory Hills Stable in Wisconsin, where she specialized in training young horses and developing riders for regional and national competition.

Jenny’s Dressage training is influenced by renowned Grand Prix professionals, including Adam J. Steffens. Her credentials include a USDF Bronze Medal and multiple Rider Achievement Awards.

At White Fences, Jenny is committed to helping riders build confidence, skill, and harmony with their horses. She works within the White Fences Training Program to guide students from foundational skills through advanced FEI-level performance. Her structured, encouraging approach reflects the values of our curriculum.

Students in Jenny’s program typically commit to a consistent schedule of eight or more lessons or services per month to ensure continuity and measurable progress.
