Natural

$900 / month

  • Unlimited free choice coastal hay (square bales provided in addition to grass in the fields)
  • Grain - We feed only the best Blue Bonnet – Fed twice per day
  • Mineral & Salt blocks
  • Large turnout in coastal pastures (fertilized every spring and fall)
  • Supplemental feeding as requested
  • Horses fed in individual pens to reduce conflicts
  • Pastures meticulously maintained
  • Board includes blanketing (November - March), Worming (every other month) and Facility Fee.
  • **Effective June 2021 all horses in a pasture board should be in a training program. Minimum 4 (four) lessons a month**
  • ** Discount of $100 applied as long as in a training/riding program of 16 services**

Private Paddocks

  • Private barn with very large and generous turn out.
  • Premium Coastal Hay (tested) – Fed twice per day
  • Mineral & Salt blocks

  • Safe wood board fence paddocks
  • Smartpaks supplemental feeding as requested
  • Paddocks cleaned daily
  • Sand added to the barns in the spring and fall.

Dressage Lessons Rate

Winter Blanketing

Included with Board

Keep your horse cozy and comfortable all winter long.

  • Wardrobe is limited to two blankets. A sheet and a medium weight blanket. Both waterproof.
  • Owner-provided blankets: You provide the blankets, and we'll handle the rest.
  • Included in board: This convenient service is included in your horse's full board package.
  • Need more blanket changes or specific layering? Customized blanketing services are available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your horse's individual needs.

Extra Fans

$45 /per month

Stall fans are included with boarding from May through October. For safety, we only use agricultural-grade fans with enclosed motors. The cost of the fan and timer is separate. If your horse requires an additional fan, it will be charged separately.
