🐴 About the Role:

We are seeking a Head Dressage Trainer to lead our training program and work with both horses and riders to bring them successfully up the levels. The ideal candidate will have strong credentials, a proven record of developing riders and horses, and a collaborative, team-oriented personality.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a leadership role in a thriving barn community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality dressage instruction and training to riders of varying levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized training programs for horses and riders.
  • Work collaboratively with assistant trainers, barn staff, and management to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the growth and sustainability of the training program.
  • Represent White Fences’ values of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive and honest barn culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum USDF Silver Medal (Gold Medal strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in training and developing horses and riders up the levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within an existing team structure.
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term growth.
