$495 per month with unlimited group lessons for you and your horse included. Stalled horses and riders must be in a lesson or training program to receive this discounted price.

- Rubber matting in all stalls
- Premium Coastal Hay – fed twice per day
- Mineral salt blocks
- Custom Performance Grain Mixed Feed – fed twice per day
- Separate Turnout for each horse in safe board fence paddocks
- Daily Turnout (horses get turned out either all day or all night depending on your stall area)

$395 per month with unlimited group lessons for you and your horse included. Natural horses and riders must be in a lesson or training program to receive this discounted price.
- Unlimited free choice coastal hay

- Large turnout in coastal pastures
- Stall to enter/exit at liberty
- Supplement feeding as requested/provided
- Annual Vet Handling for Shots/Worming/Coggins
